ValleyWorx contracts with event hosts to provide cannabis bar catering services for their private event. ValleyWorx will only provide those services to event hosts and guests over the age of 21 or those in possession of a legal medical marijuana license. ValleyWorx has a unique and specific planning process that will get all details needed for the service at the given event. By agreeing to services rendered, event hosts acknowledge that they fully understand the inherent risks in consuming cannabis. Along with the acknowledgement that any positive or negative result from the event will fall under the responsibilities of the host of the event.

ValleyWorx does not provide the cannabis that is consumed at any of the bars at private events catered to. ValleyWorx helps the event legally acquire and consume cannabis.

 ValleyWorx reserves the right to have final determination in all cannabis-related matters including but not limited to refusing service to certain event guests and placing the bar in areas of open ventilation.
